Honorable J. Dennis Hastert Chairman
Korean War 60th Anniversary Project Committee 5215 Old Orchard Road, Ste. 740 Skokie, IL 60077

Dear Honorable Hastert:

Congratulations to you for becoming the Chairman of the Korean War 60th Anniversary Project Committee. It is my understanding that you and your committee will be in charge of bringing a group called the "Little Angels" to all the countries that have veterans who participated in the Korean War. Having witnessed performances of this group who entertained Korean - Americans in the United States, I believe that this will be an outstanding way to show all Korean Veterans in every nation what Korea stands for and how much they have accomplished.

The Korean people have always been very gracious to those veterans who helped maintain their freedom no matter what nation they might be from. Today most veterans realize the impact they have had on history and as we approach the 60th Anniversary of the beginning of this historical war I know that your committee will make every effort to show that this group of children are fantastic diplomats' and their entertaining is on a professional level. All veterans will go away from any performance with a renewed sense of pride that their sacrifice was not in vain nor has it been forgotten by the Korean people and government

I personally appreciate and will support, as the President of the Korean War Veterans Association, Inc. (KWVA), this great undertaking of the Korean War 60th Anniversary Project Committee under your leadership. I will also help in any way possible to make sure that our membership in the KWVA is notified about this project and where it is to take place in the United States during our 60th Anniversary time period.

Sincerely,

William F. Mac Swain
KWVA President
