Dear Dr. Pak,

On the occasion of the Sixtieth Anniversary of the start of the Korean War, it is my privilege to recognise and honour the brave soldiers who fought to secure freedom and democracy on the Korean peninsula. Their bravery and selfless sacrifices will not be forgotten.

Turkey, acting in solidarity with the international community, decided without hesitation to send troops in support of the Korean people. The participation of our troops in the War cemented the long-standing and deep rooted friendship between our Nations.

I extend my best wishes for a successful event to Little Angels and thank them for honoring the veterans of the Korean War.
